PennSound & Jacket2

For some reason unknown to me, two of the indispensable online portals for innovative poetry--both based in Philadelphia--have done away with the space bar (at least in their titles). PennSound and Jacket2 are both brilliant websites. Pennsound, as its name implies, focuses on audio recordings of poets reading poems (usually but not always their own poems). Jacket2 takes up all kinds of issues and all kinds of poetries, but focuses more on the types of poetry that have been variously termed "avant" or "post-avant". Both sites are well worth spending some time and thought with.
